Put me down for the ketchup, mustard, and relish. I wish I could help more, but working off a college budget isn't the easiest thing to do :???:

Just a quick update. Things are going pretty well on the organizing front. I have a to do list and I am not yet paralyzed by fear when I look at it.

Greenie333 & SnowXracer donated some fabulous prizes so we don't have to give out wet naps to our game winners.

And we have a few new caches in the area this year which is pretty darn exciting.

Greenie333 and I will have a small child to take care of so I can't put my name down for a definite "I'll do that". But pending said child's mood at the time, one of us will certainly chip in wherever anything is needed to help.

So far things are looking good.

I do need someone else to sit at the sign in table with me to help out (also to keep me focused and from wandering off) if anyone is willing to make that sacrifice

AND....if someone who would like to help out with the kids' lock n lock toss that would be splendid.

Also, I'm just assuming CLCombat is going to haul my grill up to Coopers again this year. But maybe I should ask him.

A preview of some of the shirts that some lucky folks are gonna win at the event.

These are the finished Men's XXL (see Larry, I remembered again this year!)

and these are the Ladies SM (which I figure mostly little girls might fit into)
LADIES SM.jpg

Also, you might be wondering what in the world is going on that I'm this far into making the shirts and today is only July 5. I know, I know. Let's just say having tickets to the premier of The Dark Knight Rises at 7:30 pm at the IMAX in Pittsburgh the night before the MnG has forced me to get my act together.

That being said, if anyone would like a shirt, I should have time to make some extras. I picked most of these shirts up at Gabe's (because I'm thrifty!) so the most expensive ones were the XXL at 2.50 each. Or if you have a non-pocket, blank t-shirt handy, that would also work.

Another BUMP...I just left the stuff that hasn't been taken yet.

and if we don't have chicken, I don't think anyone is going to die.

Also I swapped out a game. Sidekick isn't feeling Let's Make A Deal so it's being scratched. Instead we'll do the traditional "How many McToys have I crammed in this container?" game.

AND finally....there is a possibility that Sidekick will be organizing a short outing to Old Hemlock to go after his two caches (GC3EGD4 & GC3EGCZ).

-----------------------------------------------------------
Estimated 43 attending as of 7/15/12 - RSVPs are coming in fairly consistently so I've no doubt we'll end up closer to the over 75 folks we usually have.
