We'll bring our grill. I'll reach out to 3_Dogs to see if he will loan us his grill. Last year that was sufficient.

Also, I'm planning on manning the grill.

I'll get the hamburgers.

So folks, I'll be a late to the event for the first time ever.

This means the esteemed wvhunter will have to deal with set up without having me shout directions at him, so you know, if someone could fill in doing that, I'm sure he'd be quite happy.

I'll send my grill up with either KWSN or Aquacache or someone else who is willing to transport a grill.

Allrighty then,
With the celebrated SSPG having notified all of us that she will be unavoidably detained the morning of our annual event, I have but two words to share with you.

NOBODY PANIC!!!
<breath in>
<breath out>

Now, I'll need 4, no make that 5 volunteers to fill her shoes. (If you know her, then you understand. She has the energy of 4-5 normal cachers.)

PS. I think I can fit your grill in my car along with all the other stuff.

Does anyone have any idea of how many hotdogs and sausages I need to bring? Please remember, what ever I bring, goes home with someone else. I really don't want to drag leftovers back here to Bluefield. :) Right now I',m thinking maybe 80 hotdogs and about 40 sausages? Does that sound like too much or too little? Thanks!! ET

I'm planning to get about that many burgers (120). We typically go through at least 80, so I'll likely end up with leftovers, but hopefully not a lot.

Thanks to everyone who helped out this year.

This event would not happen without all the folks that pitch in!
