Lock and Lock containers

You can get them at Walmart. They are cheap and come in all kinds of sizes. Get some evil brown Fusion spray paint and you're ready to go.

Awesome! You totally rock! Thanks very much. We hid our first cache awhile ago, and every time someone finds it, I love it. So I'd really love to hide more.

The paint is Krylon Fusion and is also at Walmart. It sticks to plastic. Look for the flat cammo colors. The dark brown works really well in most places.

Primer helps keep the paint on, too.

Too bad I'm out of ammo cans ...

They also have a sand/tan color, works well if you have one to place in/around sandstone rocks. Like anyone would EVER do that....And there are some unique lock-n-lock shapes/sizes/configurations, isn't there 89SC? "Gee, what would fit in THAT space?"

I got that one a Kmart. They have different shapes and sizes than Walmart. You can find one to fit about anywhere.

I've also used the "fake rock" textured paint on them. After a couple years, it's still holding up fairly well.

You know, I was surprised by that. I remember finding a cache of yours with that finish and was wondering at the time how long it would hold up. I didn't know that stuff would hold up that well outside. Glad to hear it's working.
