I've been to every "spring fling" event they've had up there and I plan to go to this one as well. It's always a good time with a real nice turnout. Best of all ... it's at Cabela's! (they love seeing me come through the door  )

Event caches are nothing any more complicated than a bunch of cachers getting together to meet other cachers, talk caching and just have fun. Many events have games you can play and prizes you can win.

  • I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

  • I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make when they go flying by.

I've been to all but I believe the first fling. It's always fun to get together with fellow cachers for a BS session. Plus this year the Quaker Steak and Lube is open. Can you say Guinness Cheese Sauce. Go for it, you won't regret going.

I've been to quite a few. I have no idea how many but I'm sure I missed at least one so no gold attendance star for me.

and as Rock_Rat noted, Quaker Steak & Lube....mmmmmm. Delicious.

Looks like the Spring Fling made the GC main board here

Not that there's anything wrong with that. Just sayin'................
