Barbecue Butter Beans
3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans butter beans, drained
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups brown sugar
10 slices bacon
1 green papper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Combine beans, tomatoes, mustards, and brown sugar in a 3 quart casserole dish or pan. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Saute pepper and onion in a little bacon drippings. Add sauteed vegtables to bean mixture. Sprinke bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
