Hot Dog Sauce

Be aware, for my family I cook in bulk then give portions away. Cut down to size as desired.

4 pounds lean ground beef
2 cups water
2 cups chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
60 ounces tomato sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons Accent
4 teaspoons salt

Brown onions in 1 tablespoon oil.
Brown ground beef. Drain if needed.
Add beef, onions and all other ingredients to crock pot.
Simmer for 5-6 hours stirring often.
Anatomy (n): something everyone has, but which looks better on a girl.

Life would be so much easier if we could just look at the source code.

Looks fantastic. FYI, most everywhere south of Clarksburg it is called Hot Dog Chili...just like they print on the side of the canned version in grocery stores. I ate a couple of dogs in Shinnston today. I was confused as to why they didn't include slaw in the "everything" dog. But then I remembered the map on this site...

Indecision is the key to flexibility.
