Since the instigator of the cache suggested we have a thread to discuss the Challenge...here we go.

a) I can't believe I forked over $20 for the paper atlas which I now tab obsessively
b) Huh, so that's where all those place in WV are. Nice my geographic knowledge sucks.
c). I have 15 pages completed...it looks like a lot more little tabs than that....a lot more.

I also bought the atlas and started on the Challenge last year but haven't added too many pages this year. I need to get back at it.

Holy crapola, Batman....

By my current reckoning, I've completed...

20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,51,52,53,57,58,59,60 and 63B.

Need to get

31B,39,40,48,49,50,54,55,56,56B,60,61,62,and 63.

Not a bad start, I don't suppose. :grin:

I picked up pages 39 and 49 Saturday. 49 is fun since it's mostly in Virginia and only has a sliver of WV. I thought I messed up when I got home and started entering my finds. There were 3 caches on the trail and the first two I entered were in VA. I picked up 4 pages at the SMAGPI event. I missed getting the fifth by about 5 miles. I now have 31 pages. I should have done this before gas got so expensive.

I believe I'll be adding some new pages this week on my pilgrimage to charleston....

Just ran out and bought my map so let the games begin just wish I would have started this before hunting season was upon us to take up all my time :sad:

page 41 (near mall)
Page 42 (Scary)
Page 52 (Marmet)
Page 53 (Montgomery)


page 44 (wallback) - on my way either down or back, depending on what time I leave from the North
page 45 (Flatwoods) - same as above

as you can see, I have no life. But this is a fabulous business trip and I should have a good bit of free time. Let's just hope I maintain my focus!

Thursday I have a meeting from 1 - 3 (if it goes that long) at Soho's at the Market. Probably going to come down Thursday morning instead of Weds PM.
