2014 MAGPI Calendar Suggestion

Sooooo....I have a suggestion. In order to avoid the mass chaos (and begging for photos) at the end of the year, I thought perhaps we could do a nice orderly Photo of the Month submission / voting thing. (Yes, I am copying the idea from the Jeep board because why reinvent the wheel when you can just steal it?)

Here's my thought. Sometime around the beginning of the month I'll post a new topic with the Month in the subject, as well as photo submission guidelines. Then on the 1st day of the following month, there will be voting. It'll be up for a week. (Obviously I'm already running behind on January, but I'll rectify that momentarily.)

Rules:
1.) Submit your own photos only please, but feel free to pester others into submitting good ones. In fact bug them until they finally submit it just to shut you up.
1a). Landscape photos tend to work best for the format.
2.) Submission of a photo by its owner will be considered to imply permission to publish said photo blah, blah, legalese, etc...
3.) Photo requirements are 11x8.5 @ 150-300 DPI.
4.) Relax, have a beer.
5.) Have fun, otherwise what's the point!
