Here are a few of my favs:
GC1M62N - Don't Break It

Finding the cache here is easy. Getting the log out is

GC19P08 - Shepardsfind -vs- Therapaing

Micro's in the woods suck immensely since most of the time there is no real reason to make people suffer that much. Woods are for fun hikes and great views. City streets are for hard to find nano's. That said, if you're gonna do it, do it right. This is by far the most ridiculous nano hide in the woods I've ever found. Dripping in evil. But "BY GOD" I found it.
GC1FEQX - Easy Red

Only 2 favorite points issued to this one. Most don't appreciate the humor in it. A giant 50 mm ammo can painted red, hanging on a tree limb with a big sign mounted over top stating "Geocache" with an arrow pointing down to the can. All this within 0.15 mile of Shepardsfind -vs- Therapaint...on purpose. That's brilliant.
GC2MXZM - *some assembly required

Not since Gadgets at Deckers Creek have I seen this much attention to detail. If this gadget had been incorporated into "Gadgets" it would surely be everyone's favorite. The fact that the CO even did up the field puzzle in 3 languages takes the cake.
GC2KRCV - Absurd Machine
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=34693fef-10d7-4e60-afea-0757672b31b7
This is the cache that inspired me to create the Cache Cannon cache in Cato Park in Charleston.
GC2J98Y - All Strung Out Again
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=d6682438-b147-4206-bc5b-f7a24d944adf
I've seen this concept in action before, but not to this level. I'm currently working on copying this cache in West Virginia.
GC24D3N - Spaghetti Logic
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=f767b8bd-7c71-4bb5-a8e7-e159b9d2d37d
This one was nuts. It impressed me so much I had to bring the concept back to West Virginia...hence "Federal Bureau of Geocaching" was born near Cato Park in Charleston.

GC1A5C8 - Venom

Evil. That's just evil. I recreated this cache in Spencer, but it got destroyed and I archived it. I have yet to recreate it for a second revival.
GC1DTBE - Tree Whisperer
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=2cdd0b24-63c9-410e-a424-053c62ae4640
You will either get this field puzzle figured out quickly or you will grow a beard trying to figure it out. Sneaky.
GC2NWQC - The Book of the Dead

Milestone multi cache for me. This was the most fun I've had crawling through a series of culverts ever. But I have yet to do Lost Treasure of the Confederates yet
